Our Partners - Hospital Partners of America and Metrocrest Hospital Authority
Hospital Partners of America
Hospital Partners is in the business of developing and operating physician-partnered hospitals. At the core of this business model is a structure that empowers physicians by enabling them to actively participate in the Medical Center's decision-making process. The result of this type of partnership is a unique mix of quality health care, greater patient satisfaction and more efficient operations.
Hospital Partners is not a new kid on the block. The company is led by one of the most experienced management teams in the country in the development and operation of physician-ventured hospitals. Senior management has a lengthy and successful track record of establishing the market-leading hospitals in their respective service areas, all in partnership with physicians who are engaged in the business of healthcare on a daily basis.
Metrocrest Hospital Authority
The Metrocrest Hospital Authority (MHA) was created in December 1975 by the City of Farmers Branch. The primary mission of the Authority is to create a quality healthcare environment for both providers and users and to ensure that the Authority remains in a position to meet the health care needs in its service area which includes the communities of North Dallas, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Coppell, Addison and The Colony.
In August 2006, MHA announced that it had selected Hospital Partners of America to manage and operate its two facilities - North Texas Regional Health Medical Center (formerly RHD Memorial Medical Center) on 635 at Webb Chapel in Farmers Branch and Trinity Medical Center at Hebron and Josey in Carrollton.
