We are committed to providing the highest quality of care and services that we can. To assist us in reaching that goal, we have numerous services available to our patients, such as Complaint Resolution, Pastoral Care and Social Services.
Complaint Resolution
The only problems we cannot address are those for which we were not given the opportunity. If for some reason we are not completely meeting your needs, please speak with your nurse. Other staff that can help are the Charge Nurse, the Director of the floor, Vice-President of Patient Care Services or the House Supervisor. Our goal is 100% patient satisfaction, so let us know how we can help you.
Pastoral Care
A chaplain is available 24 hours a day to offer spiritual support and counseling for patients and families. Our staff will be happy to arrange a visit from a chaplain and/or contact your minister, priest or rabbi for you. To contact a chaplain directly, dial "0" for the hospital operator or ask your patient care representative to call. The hospital chapel is located in the main lobby, and is always open for prayer and meditation.
Social Services
Our certified Social Services staff can provide supportive counseling for patients and family members, referrals for home care, medical equipment, alternative living and long term care. Assistance with public benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid is also provided.
