Prestige Care Seniors Program
We Can Help.
Our commitment to seniors doesn't stop with the Trinity Senior Healthcare Center. We developed a special membership program called Prestige Care. This is not an insurance plan or Medicare supplement, so there are no annual fees or dues. It is simply our way of adding a little extra prestige to your care at our facilities - when you are well or when you are sick.
Benefits Include:
When you identify yourself as a Prestige Care Member upon admission you will receive:
- Free meal for one guest each day during your stay
- Designated parking at Trinity Medical Center
- Free physician referral
- Lunch & Learn seminars - physicians speak while you enjoy a free lunch from TMC Cafe'. Hospital volunteers may attend at no charge

Senior Adult Services is an agency established by the people of Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch to ensure that all senior adults living in the community would receive the support and services needed to maintain independence and quality of life. It is funded by the four cities and by contributions.
Additionally, the agency serves as a source of information for residents of any age involved in caring for and about someone age 60 or older.
What Services Do They Provide?
- Information and Referral- provides information about resources to help callers connect to needed services
- Case Management- assessment/arrangement for services needed by a community resident, age 60 or older
- Mobile Meals- for those homebound persons age 60 or older who are unable to prepare a meal for themselves
- Minor Home Repairs- low cost, non-emergency home repairs using volunteer labor. Based on financial need
- Transportation- Volunteer drivers assist persons with no other means of transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores or other locations
- Medical Equipment Loan - certain donated medical aids (wheel chairs, walkers, bath chairs, commodes) are available at no charge
- Senior Adult News - monthly newsletter for seniors, funded by the Metrocrest Hospital Authority, provides information on resources, activities & events of interest to older adults. If you are 60 or older, please call (972) 242-4464 for a free subscription
