We Can Help.
You and Your Family's Vials of Life can help paramedics help you
The Vials of Life is a program provides important health information to paramedics when they arrive at your home... and even beforehand.
As a part of this program, each member in your family completes a medical information sheet that you place inside a vial and keep in the door of your refrigerator. Then a small decal is placed on your front window. Should paramedics ever be called to your home in the case of an emergency, they'll see the decal and know right where to find your health information. This will let them know immediately the best way to help you.
This service is available for those who live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell or Farmers Branch.
If you would like a Vials of Life kit, PLEASE ASK. We have them in our patient registration and emergency departments. Remember that this information could save your life or a family member's life.
