The IVF Laboratory

The heart of Trinity's Fertility Program is our IVF Laboratory and its distinguished director. Established in 1984, our laboratory was one of the first in-vitro fertilization labs in north Texas. Trinity's IVF lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and is under the leadership of Director Shidramappa G. Kotagi. Mr. Kotagi has a Master's degree in Biochemistry and has been working in embryology laboratories since 1990. Kotagi is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis and is an active member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). As a result of his vast experience, Mr. Kotagi has published 26 papers in Reproductive Endocrinology Journals on basic and clinical research.
