A Privileged Program For Those 55 and Older
It's all part of our commitment to you and your health because we know your health care needs become even more important as you age. Prestige Care is not an insurance plan or Medicare supplement, so there are no annual fees or dues. It's a program that offers an extraordinary package of benefits and privileges for those 55 and older. Membership is FREE! And with it, you can expect the quality care you've learned to trust at Trinity Medical Center - along with a little extra prestige.
Quality. Access. Value. They're all yours with Prestige Care. When you enroll, the benefits speak for themselves - benefits you can use when you are sick, and when you're well.
Benefits Include:
- Private room when you are admitted to the hospital
- Free meal for one guest each day during your admission
- Convenient designated parking
- Invitations to free or reduced cost health-screening events
- Free Physician Referral
- Lunch and Learn Seminars - A variety of senior-related topics are presented while you enjoy a free lunch from the TMC cafe.
To make it easy for you to enroll, you need only pick up the phone. By simply calling the Prestige Care information line at 972-394-2206, you can enroll both you and your spouse. One of the Prestige Care representatives will take your information and process your membership for you. Or, if you prefer, you can download the application form and mail it in. You will receive your membership card in approximately 2 weeks.
